I do know what it’s wish to HATE the size.

To dread it, to keep away from it and to not wish to face it.

Do you ever marvel why we give that “Scale” a lot energy? It doesn’t ever know the entire story dag nabbit!

Does it not know when we have now hormone modifications?

Or once we are coping with PAIN or INJURIES?

Or how about once we are carrying an excessive amount of Bloat?

Or once we are navigating and damage?

Or how about when we have now gained muscle?!

Final Monday: I had not weighed myself in nearly a YEAR. I eat on level, I work out, I train fats loss for goodness sake.

And I stepped on it. (After first blaming my husband for shrinking my denims)

And it was up 10 lbs. YUP

I began questioning my entire life.

Who am I to show FAT LOSS?

After which I remembered…

I’m 50. I’m in peri menopause.

I’m at the moment on NO bio equivalent hormones (nothing in opposition to them simply not my path RIGHT NOW) & most significantly, I’ve targeted HARD on constructing a butt the final yr.
