  • 1 bone-in ham (around 8-10 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup apple cider or apple juice

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking dish with foil.

Place the ham in the prepared baking dish and use a sharp knife to score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern, making sure to not cut too deep into the meat.
