  3. Bake the pretzel crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and let it cool.
  5. In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/4 cup of erythritol until smooth.
  6. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Spread the mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. Pour the Jello over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the Jello is set.
