Steak and Lobster Tail with Garlic Butter

  • 2 8 oz. filet mignons
  • 2 6 oz. lobster tails
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Season the filet mignons with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the lobster tails to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

  7. Remove the steaks and lobster tails from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Place the steaks and lobster tails on plates and spoon the garlic butter over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
