These resistance band exercises target your butt in subtle movements to tone your butt and engage your core, while improving your overall strength! 

Using the resistance band really helps to isolate your glutes and focus your sculpting. One great exercise is the side-to-side band walk. This exercise is a great way to start your workout as it is a glute activator. First, place the resistance band around your thighs. Bend into a half squat (also known as a shallow squat) and place your hands together close to your chest. Take a step towards the right with your right foot. Then take a step towards the right with the left foot. And there are more where that came from!
